Accessing Email With Phone

Step 1: Navigate to https://office.com/

Step 2: Click on the “Sign in” button, this will take you to the login page.

Step 3: Enter your username details and click “Sign in”. Then enter your password.

• Username: StudentID@students.aih.edu.au – e.g, 221234@students.aih.edu.au
• Password: Your date of birth in the DDMMYY format.

Note: If your date of birth is 03 April 1997, your password will be “030497” Please note that the last two digits will ALWAYS be the last two digits of the year.

Step 4: It will now say "More information required", click Next.

Step 5: It will now ask you to set up your two factor authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator. To set it up with your mobile phone, select "I want to set up a different method".

Step 6: Now select the method you would like, in this case it is Phone. Add your mobild number, select "Receive a code" or "Call me", then click Next.

Step 7: Now enter the code that you received via text.

Once it says Verification complete, click Next and then Done.

Step 8: Now click Yes to staying signed in, and select Outlook to view your email.
