How to Login to Microsoft Office 365 using your mobile

First, please make sure you have the Microsoft Authenticator App installed on your smartphone through the App Store or Play Store

Please open Chrome browser on your phone and navigate to https://office.com > click the Sign in button.

Enter your student email address in the format of studentid@student.aih.edu.au (example: 25999999@students.aih.edu.au), followed by your default DOB (date of birth) password in the format DDMMYY (example: 12 Jan 1990 would be 120190) then click the Sign in button.

In the next few steps, you will enrol your phone into the M365 account by following these instructions.

On the page "Let's keep your account secure" click the Next button.

On the following page, "Microsoft Authentication", click the Next button.

Now pay attention to the small link that you need to click, please ensure that you follow the screenshots, click on the "Pair your account to the app by clicking this link."

Once you click the Open link, the Microsoft Autenticator will be configured. Now open a new tab and navigate to office.com, it should log you in to your account.

In the same way, please log in to your LMS portal https://moodle.aih.edu.au and click on Student Login, it should also allow you to log in with your account.
