Setting up Secondary Account

Setting up your secondary account allows you to reset your password by yourself without having to contact AIH Student Services to have your password manually reset for you. We highly recommend to follow these steps in order to prevent you from getting locked out of your account.

Step 1: Navigate to https://www.microsoft365.com/

Step 2: Click on the Sign in button. This will redirect you to the sign in page.

Step 3: Enter your login details and click Sign in.

Step 4: If it’s your first-time logging in, the site will ask you for more information. Click Next and this will redirect you to a site where you can set up your secondary account.

Step 5: Click on Set it up now following Authentication Email Address is not configured to set up your secondary account.

Step 6: Enter in your secondary email address (preferably your personal email address) and click email me. A code will be sent to the email address you have input into the box.

Step 7: Enter in the code sent to your inbox and click on Verify. You have now successfully set up your secondary account! Please note that the synchronization time can take up to 15 minutes
