The Notice of Appeal Form must be lodged within 10 working days of a complaint determination being made. The appeal must set out the grounds for the appeal and supporting evidence should be provided in
addition to any new information not previously provided in support of the complaint.
The Chair of the Appeals Committee will review the appeal form and the student will be notified of the
outcome
within 20 working days.
If the Chair of the Appeals Committee requires further information, an Appeals Committee will be convened for a hearing. The student will be notified
within 10 working days of the hearing date.
