Change Paradigm Password

To change your Paradigm password, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to Paradigm student portal (https://aihe.edu.net.au/php/index.php) and log in using your current details. If you have forgotten your password, please use the guide here: Forgotten Paradigm Password

Step 2: Once you have logged in, click on the plus on the left-hand side navigation pane to expand the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click on My Login .

Step 5: Enter in your Current Password and a new password to secure your account.

Note: Your new password must contain the following:

·        A minimum of 8 characters

·        A combination of upperand lowercase letters

·        At least 1 number

Step 6: Verify your new password and click on Update User Password. Your account has now been secured and password has been changed.
