Forgotten Paradigm Password

If you have forgotten your Paradigm Password, please follow the steps below to reset it.

Step 1: Navigate to Paradigm student portal (https://aihe.edu.net.au/php/index.php), click on ‘Forgot password?’

Step 2: Please enter your Student Number/Student Email address and Date of Birth (in the format of dd/mm/yyyy) i.e. 03/04/1997

Step 3: A link will be sent to both yourAIH email account and personal email account.

Please login to your email account and follow the instructions.
