Forgotten email or Moodle password

If you have forgotten your password and have set up your secondary account (Click here for the secondary account setup guide), please follow the instructions below to reset your password and get access to your account.

Step 1: Navigate to https://www.microsoft365.com/

Step 2: Click on the Sign in button. This will redirect you to the sign in page.

Step 3: Enter in your student email address and select “Forgotten my password”. This will redirect you to the account restore page.

Step 4: Complete the captcha and click Next

Step 5: Select "I’ve forgotten my password" and click next.

This will redirect you to the verification step. Select your email address and click on Email.

This will send a password reset code to your Secondary Email Address you have previously set up. Enter in your Verification code. You will then be prompted to enter a new password.

Your password has now been reset. Please note that the synchronization time can take up to 15 minutes.
