Change email or Moodle password

To change your password, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to https://www.microsoft365.com/

Step 2: Click on the Sign in button. This will redirect you to the sign in page.

Step 3: Enter in your sign in details and click "Next"

•Username: StudentID@students.aih.nsw.edu.au – e.g., 190123@students.aih.nsw.edu.au

•Password: Your date of birth in the DDMMYY format

Note: If your date of birth is 03 April 1997, your password will be “030497” Please note that the last two digits will ALWAYS be the last two digits of the year

Step 4: Once you have logged in, click on the initials on the top right-hand corner of the page.

A drop-down menu will appear. Click on View account. This will redirect you to your account details page.

Step 5: On this page, in the password tile, please click on Change Password. This will redirect you to the password reset page.

Step 6: Enter in your old password and the new password you want to set your password to and click on Submit. You have now successfully reset your password.

Note: This will change BOTH your Moodle and Student Email password. Your Paradigm password will not be changed by this process.
